We prefer payment by check, money order, cash or wire transfer.
If you are Picking Up In Person: You can make payment at the time you pick the items up.

Please call 850-523-3787 X2 (Monday- Friday 10:30am - 5:30pm Eastern) and we will take your payment over the phone. Although we generally allow payment by credit card, please keep in mind we reserve the right to require payment by check, money order or wire.
Shipping / Pickup Information:
The description for each lot indicates available shipping / pickup options for the given lot. Available options may include combinations of: Pick Up, 3rd Party, and We Ship.
Shipping terminology is defined as follows:
Pick Up: The buyer can pick their lot up in person during the designated pick up dates / times.
3rd Party: The buyer can arrange for transport of the lot or we will drop the lot to our local trusted 3rd Party shipping agent, The UPS Store.
We Ship: Auction Company will ship the lot. (Insured / Traceable) Shipping charge will be added to the buyer's invoice.
Local Pick Up Dates / Times: This sale includes 3 large North Florida Estates. Being there's property from 3 estates and items at the gallery - the lots are located at 4 separate Tallahassee addresses. Within each lot, we have defined the item location for the ease and coordination of those planning for local pickup of their items.
Items may be picked up in person on the following dates / times for each of the locations:

#1 - 2311 Two Pond Ln, Tallahassee FL 32312 (Off Millstone Plantation Rd.): Thursday January 29th from 12noon - 2p, Saturday January 31st from 12noon - 2p, and Saturday February 7th from 12noon - 1pm.
#2 - 2003 Misty Hollow Rd., Tallahassee FL 32312 (Off Ox Bottom Rd.): Thursday January 29th from 3p - 5p, Saturday January 31st from 3p - 5p, and Saturday February 7th from 2p - 3pm.
#3 - 2811 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee FL 32308 (Manor Gallery): (during business hours) Monday - Friday from 11a - 5p.
#4 - 2006 Cynthia Dr., Tallahassee FL 32303 (Off North Monroe St.): Thursday January 29th from 6p – 7p, and Saturday January 31st from 6p – 7p
Items requiring shipment will be sent within 14 days of cleared payment. If the lot is shipping in-house, Buyers receive their shipment tracking information once their items ship. Depending on size and value, in-house domestic shipments are sent via USPS or FedEx. International shipments are sent USPS Express Mail International. All shipments will include mandatory insurance and tracking / delivery confirmation. Auction Company must be notified of Shipping Claims, Damage or Loss within 7 days of receipt. Auction Company assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items received through post. All shipping Damage / Loss claims MUST be processed and resolved through the organization by which they were shipped and / or insured. Shipping damage / loss claims cannot be filed on condition issues, operational condition or damage which existed prior to shipment. Absolutely no refunds or claims may be submitted beyond 10 days of delivery of a shipment. Special Shipping / Pick Up Requirements: Please contact the Auction Company and we will do our best to accommodate.
